Contract negotation

Our experience with venue contracts enables us to protect your interests. We will negotiate the venue agreement for you and use our expertise to protect you to the greatest extent possible.

On-site Management

Our experience allos us to anticipate challenges that may occur on-site and address them before they occur. Let us worry about the details while you are free to network with clients and attendees and participate in your event. Our on-site manager will be there to ensure everything is ready and working for you when you arrive.

Destination research and reports

Selecting a destination that will provide you with ideal accommodations as well as other things of importance to you can be difficult and very timeconsuming. Fuego streamlines this processand provides detailed reports so you can make educated decisions about any destination worldwide.

Audio/Video and Food/Beverage

Allow us to save you the time-consuming chore of determining menus, banquet room setups, and staffing needs. We will also help you determine your Audio/Video needs and communicate these to the venue long

Air/Ground transportation arrangements

We will book all flights and arrange ground transportation in an orderly fashion to get your group to the selected site.

Discount air transportation contracts

We have the experience and the know-how to negotiate discount contracts with the airlines to lower your fares up to 65% in some cases even when your attendees are all coming from different locations.

Corporate retreats

Uninterrupted time is essential for certain projects like business planning, strategy reviews, budgeting, scenario planning, visioning, priority setting, role clarification and decision-making. For some, confidentiality is also needed. Others, just a change of environment. Fuego allows you to focus on the real work.

Team-building activities

We’ll help you design a team-building program to provide realistic experiences that improve motivation, communication, support and trust within a team.

Special event planning

Planning a private dinner party or holiday party? Let us handle the details while you relax. We have relationships with florists, DJ’s, etc. and will take the stress out of your event.

Marketing and promotion

Our partnership with BlueWater Concepts, Inc. provides valuable services to create custom logos, brochures, programs, T-shirts, presentations, invitations, or special web sites for your event. We can also provide customized specialty items for your guests such as water bottles with your logo, pens, bags, etc.

Off-site and spouse tours

You may wish to include some type of off-site entertainment, especially if your event is going to last more than a couple of days or attendees are bringing their spouses along. Fuego can coordinate all aspects of tours, field trips, sports outings, or anything else you may want.
